You will need to print out page 6 (Roster + Waiver) and have it signed by your team, and submitted to registration before you may play. If you have juniors, you will need a copy of page 7 for each. Looking forward to seeing you all soon!

Physiotherapy Tent

This year we are excited to offer a physiotherapy tent brought to you by Clarington Physiotherapy Health & Wellness Centre from Courtice ON! They will provide assistance with taping, stretching and exercise guidance as well as advice on recovery.

Please bring your own tape as supplies will be limited.
